For most of my life, I did what was expected—school, work, marriage, kids. I spent years as an office manager and trainer, thriving in structure and efficiency. When I became a stay-at-home mom, I brought that same mindset home, creating systems that made daily life flow effortlessly—even tracking KPIs for household tasks. Later, as a volunteer for a youth organization, I instinctively built frameworks that simplified operations and made life easier for everyone involved. Wherever I went, I couldn’t help but bring order to chaos.

When I returned to work, I did it again—streamlining workflows, reducing redundancy, and making everything more efficient. On paper, my life was wonderful.
